Delete your ManageBiz account

You can delete your ManageBiz account yourself at any time, from any device. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

On the web

• Sign in and open Account.
• Scroll to Delete account, enter your password, and confirm.

On iPhone or Android

• Open the ManageBiz app and go to the Account tab.
• Tap Delete account, enter your password, and confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your account (name, email, password hash).
• Your businesses, connected sources, reviews, replies, flags and analytics.
• Linked Google accounts — they are signed out and our access is revoked at Google.

Server logs used for security may be retained for a limited period, after which they are deleted.

Can't sign in?

Reset your password first, or email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.
