These Terms govern your use of the ManageBiz website, web app and mobile apps (the "Service") provided by ManageBiz. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you add.
• Only connect listings and import reviews for businesses you own or are authorised to manage.

2. Free trial and subscriptions

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan as described on our pricing page. Plans are purchased in our iOS and Android apps through Apple's App Store or Google Play, which bill you, renew the subscription automatically until you cancel it in the store, and handle refunds under their own terms. We may change prices with notice as required by the store.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to post replies that are unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or that violate the source platform's policies;
• attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the Service, or reverse-engineer it;
• use the Service to create fake reviews or manipulate ratings.

4. Third-party platforms

Reviews come from third-party platforms such as Google, GoFood, GrabFood, ShopeeFood, TikTok Shop, Tripadvisor and Traveloka. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not affiliated with them, and availability of their data or reply features can change at any time.

5. AI features

Sentiment, topics and reply suggestions are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. Review AI drafts before sending — you are responsible for replies posted from your account.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you add. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
